ThermiVa ™ for women is a new non-surgical procedure for labial and vaginal tightening. It is comfortable and easy, and performed without any anesthesia or incisions. For the first time, we have a highly effective and relatively simple non-surgical treatment for the management of many vulvovaginal issues. How does ThermiVa work?
ThermiVa treatments use radiofrequency (RF) energy to gently heat tissue and rejuvenate collagen with minimal discomfort or downtime. Using this RF energy, Dr. Smith is able to tighten external and internal vulvovaginal tissue via a temperature-controlled tip.
What does ThermiVa Treat?
- Vaginal laxity: ThermiVa ™ tightens the vagina at the opening and the full length of the vagina
- Vulvar laxity: ThermiVa ™ tightens the labial tissues and reduces sagging. It often results in softer and smoother skin that is very noticeable
- Vaginal Dryness: ThermiVa ™ can add softer and thicker skin and more moisture both internally and externally to make daily life and sexual intercourse more comfortable
- Stress incontinence: ThermiVa ™ can reduce leakage and may reduce urge symptoms
- Orgasmic dysfunction: ThermiVa ™ may give you increased sensitivity, as well as more coordinated and stronger muscular contractions

After vaginal birth of their children or due to normal aging, many women will notice some loosening of the vagina. ThermiVa on “The Doctors”

However, we have found that some patients are uncomfortable bringing this up with our front staff and if you prefer, you can book a consultation appointment directly online.
There is a $100.00 refundable deposit required to reserve an appointment using the online booking service (please note there is a $20.00 administrative fee deducted from this deposit). If you cannot find a convenient time using the online scheduler, you may call us as there may be additional appointment times available that are not visible online.
